  2. Ugh...people&#039;s answers are scary.  There are 20 5s in the question.  So

    5*20 = 100

    Just to show it:

    5+25+5+(25+25)+15

    35+50+15

    100

    EDIT:  As far as Jessica&#039;s answer is concerned, it never tells you to multiply 35 * 50, so that is incorrect.  The only multiplication that happens is 5*5 two times.  The stuff in the parenthesis is added because it has an addition sign in front of it.  So it looks like this:

    35 + (50) + 15 =

    100
