1. Talk to the airport for the rules. For carry-on bags, you can only carry up to 3 ounces of liquid per container, and you can carry up to one bag full of three ounce bottles. And we are not talking about alcohol. You cannot carry alcohol on board the plane, and they don't allow drunks to board the plane.

  2. I dunno, actualy I might know. Wait, I now think I don't know although now that I think about what I know, I might know. heh.

sorry, i'll just answer the question you asked, if I know.

I know. The question is, do YOU know ? heh

I could do this for a good while yet you know, but I'll stop.

Right then, I'd imagine you were allowed to take alcohol in your hand luggage.

When ever we've gone abroad, my old man has purchased some fine liqour at the duty free stores and he's carried that with him in the bags etc

Although its only a matter of time before some lunatic aboard an airplane decides to wield a bottle over somebodys head or use it as a flammable agent, after all its flammable aint it ? Then again the cutlery , knife n fork, plates could be potent weapons abaord a plane - so what are you supposed to do ? make the passengers starve ?

I am 90% certain you are allowed to take alcohol with you on a plane, but I think it would need to be carried with you like small items you'd carry in a bag i.e mp3 player, ipod etc.

  3. It doesn't matter which airline you are travelling with, the restrictions are set by the Aviation Authority. The only exception to this is the weight restrictions which are set by the airline.

For the alcohol, I think it's OK as long as you don't drink it on the plane and they are in a clear plastic bag. It is illegal to be drunk on board an aircraft so if you do get drunk, you will be arrested on arrival. These are the official guidelines/rules

Even after reading the guidelines, I would phone the departure airport and ask them your specific question.

  4. You are permitted to take liquids in hand luggage in container no larger than 100ml. All of these containers must be able to fit in a ziplock plastic bag (with a 1l capacity) also.

So I guess the answer is 'yes', though in small quantities.

  5. Just drink the whisky before boarding.

  6. When i was travelling back from Greece i was told to put alcohol in my suitcase, as long as it's wrapped up and stored correctly it should be fine. But i traveled with a different company. Check out Ryanairs website it should be under the luggage rules somewere.

As long as the cosmetics ARE NOT liquid they are fine to go in hand luggage, if your not sure if it counts as liquid (certain eyeliners, foundations etc.) pop them in your suitcase.

  7. no, and cosmetics have to be taken in a clear plastic bag

  8. NO...........

  9. no you can not take alchol on a air plane duh

  10. To avoid problems I'd check it. If it's a shooter and the safety plastic is intact you might be able to get away with it along with your toothpaste and conditioner in your flight approved baggie. Any solid cosmetic is good to go - liquids have to be 3 oz or less and in your baggie.

You'd be better off to purchase a cocktail on the plane and get a new set of makeup when you land
