Question

I see my best friend all the time, and last year she got

a boyfriend and he always told her that he loved her and

bought her this promise ring. And of course whenever I

hang out with my best friend, her boy friend is always

around. So we just all hang out, and one day since he

drives they came to visit me at work, ever since then

my best friend has been saying, 'Oh he really likes

hanging out with you.' And I was like 'Uh ok?' And

today like a couple minutes ago, he messed me and

was like, 'Hey I like hanging out with you, we should

do something some time.' I don't know if I should tell

her because I don't want to hurt her feelings because

he's done so much for her. I seriously don't care about

the guy, I didn't write back or anything but I just don't

want to break her heart and have her upset. What should

I do? Thanks in advance!

wow tough..just tell him you&#039;re busy doing whatever and if he does it a few more times saying he&#039;s wanting to hang with you alone, tell him the reason why u don&#039;t want to and if he doesn&#039;t stop, tell the girlfriend what&#039;s happening

Don&#039;t do it. She is your best friend! Thats betrayal! You wouldn&#039;t want her to do that to you would you? Do the right thing. Stay friends

You should definitely tell her. If her bf is trying to get with you behind her back, she needs to know. If she finds out from somebody else besides you, she will most likely be angry with you also. So it&#039;s best to get it out there in the open.

Just  keep  his  behavior  towards  you  a  secret  as  long  as  you  can  and  don&#039;t  tell  her  if  you  can  get  around  it.  And  let  him  know,  that  you&#039;re  not  interested,  the  next  time  he  comes  around.  You  don&#039;t  play  second  fiddle  to  anyone...

And  if  you  do  decide  to  tell  her  about  him,  you  probably  should  have  another  friend  to  back  you  up.  Your  best  friend  may  deny  that  he  wants  to  date  you.  And  it  might  be  a  smart  thing  to  stop  hangin&#039;  out  with  the  two  of  them.  I&#039;d  stay  out  of  the  picture  if  it  were  me.

I don&#039;t know if you have a problem. You never said he slept with you or anything. I&#039;d just tell her you&#039;re uncomfortable with how he&#039;s approaching you, or maybe tell him that. Just try to keep your distance from him.
