Question

I just got a blue male Betta and he is not eating that much, and when he does eat he throws up afterwards...

Is he sick?

Is it the food?

Please help me!

Make sure you are feeding the betta the exact same type of food he was being fed at the store you got him from. Most of mine were fed flakes and didn't want to eat pellets. Make sure you vary your fish's diet with blood worm treats and things like daphnia and shrimp in addition to his usual pellets and/or flakes. He'll be  more likely to eat more of a variety of foods after he feels settled and safe in his new home.
