Question

I sent them my diamond engagement ring and diamond wedding band, a pearl diamond ring and a gold birthstone ring that was from a reputible jeweler and they said that it was only worth $25. This happened today and I'm filing a complaint with the BBB if I don't receive my items back, without having to pay the $15.
