What you are asking about is more like fraud.

My guess is that this is a variation of The Nigerian Scam.   You will be asked to put up a &#039;small&#039; amount of money in order to have the gigantic amount transferred into your account.  

For what it is worth, the people who do this are usually not prosecuted.   The money you put up goes into the nation of the schemer.  It is one of the larger sources of income in Nigeria.

Paying money for this?  

It is easier to kiss your wife.
