What are some delicious sweets that are easy to make,i heard basboosa was easy i think(i never made it before or saw anyone make it,i always just ate it)...( i wanna make something delicious for my cousins when they come)

what are some good EGYPTIAN sweets that are easy to make.

Om Aly.  It is the easiest typical Egyptian sweet that you can think of.  Get some corn flakes or cooked puff pastry or milles feuilles cut into pieces like the corn flakes and add milk till the flakes are covered.  Add two tablespoonfull of sugar for each glass of milk that you added and then add cream on top of it all and put in oven till the surface is golden. When it comes out sprinkle with nuts and raisins. Serve hot.  There are boxes sold in supermarkets that contain the necessary flakes for Om Aly.

  4. Katayf:

    1- Get Katayf (This little round thingies)

    2- Prepare filling: Zbeeb, looz, gooz hend, bondo2 and sugar (equal portions)

    3- put the filling in the katayf

    4- fry it tell it&#039;s color become gold

    5- after frying, put it in hot syrup for 5-10 minutes and serve..

    syrup: put 1.5 cub sugar and half lemon in 1.5 water and boil it for 5 minutes...after boiling add a little bit of vanilla....

    P.S:

    If u wanna katayf juicy put it in syrup after frying directly and close on it....

    If u wanna it crispy wait 15 minutes after frying then put it in syrup and don&#039;t close on it....

  5. Cream Caramel

    for 4 persons:

    1- 2 cups of milk and boil them.

    2- Pour the powder of the cream caramel onto the boiling milk.

    3- Stear the mix for 3 min.

    4- Then pour them on the sugar and leave it to cool down.
