where can i get some really cheap colores eyeliner in: hot pink, blue, green, yellow, orange, and purple?? FOR CHEAP.

Def. go to wal-mart, walgreens, or rite aid and pick up wet n&#039; wild.  Only 99 cents per eyeliner. AWESOME deal!  FYI sometimes Wal greens has Wet n&#039; wild products buy one get one free.

Well you can go to Walmart.  But kinds that are too cheap might not be good quality and can ruin the skin around your eyes or it might even ruin your eyes.  So I think you should buy eyeliner that isn&#039;t too expensive but isn&#039;t too cheap either.

If there is an Ulta near you, definitely try that. Their brand of eyeliners are pretty good, and very cheap. Plus they always have really great sales.
