what would be some motivational tips you would give to a first timer?

  1. If you fall just remember to get back up, training can be difficult but if you love the sport it will be worth doing, i know ,because my training was difficult at the beginning, and also because i didn&#039;t start at 3 or 4 yrs. old, i started when i was 10. don&#039;t let injuries stop you, if you train hard enough you will be one of the best gymnist in your club or something.

    &quot;If at first you don&#039;t succeed try try again&quot;

    really though if you fall down just get right back up again, don&#039;t be discouraged if there is someone who can do something you can&#039;t because there is always going to be that person and chances are you probably can do something they can&#039;t whether it is gymnastics related or not. Just remember give it your all and have fun.

  3. First timer, how young .......should be around 3 yrs old to start the training.  Need soft bones &amp; flexible joints to absorb the taxing process of drilling in the method &amp; technic in perfecting the skill for future development.   A little yoga training is helpful in the overall process of a good gymnast.  A lot of hard work for at least 10 yrs of training to develop good natural habit for the sports.

    THE MoST IMP THING TO REMEMBER IS THAT IF YOU FALL YOU HAVE TO GET BACK UP AND TRY AGAIN.DON&#039;T LOSE FOCUS AND ALWAYS DO WHAT THE COACH TELLS YOU TO.DONT LET INJURIES STOP YOU.

    practice makes perfect so if you dot succeed at first try try again.

  7. The best thing to do is just to go with an open mind and give it a try!

    I am a level 10 gymnast and my mom made me go and i was crying and did not want to try it and now ten years down the road I am loving it!

    So be positive and be willing to try new things good luck =]
