Wow what a dish! I first had it in Tamil Nadu and it was great. Deep fried to a golden brown and then when you cut into it, this beautiful layer of red spices and oils oozes out.

Chicken Mumtaz, what an unexpected dish. It is Shredded chicken formed into a conal shape breaded and deep fried, however when you cut into it, an egg is inside. Mumtaz was the wife of Shah Jahan who built the Taj Mahal in Agra.

I love chicken 65. Spicy, fried chicken!! pure heaven!!

Have to try Chicken Mumtaz though.
