I have pain a bit above the waist. It started ever since I was like in grade 1 or 2. It doesn't happen that much, like maybe once every two or three months, maybe shorter. But when it happens it hurts and I bend my back a lot to reduce pain. It happens when I walk, jog or run. Also I have a lot of chest pain, it feels like my heart is being ripped up into pieces, same thing, doesn't happen that much but every two or three months, and also maybe shorter. It also happens when I'm walking, jogging or running. It scares me so much. I try telling my mom but all she does is yell or scream at me. I can't take it. It's kind of weird though, when I have my waist pain my chest pain happens like weeks after that, but not long. Please help.
