I really want GTA 4, but I am only 13, and my parents said it is a very violent, and suggestive game. But I like GTA not because of all the violence in there, I just want the openness. Should I try to get it or not.

I&#039;m only 13 years old, but I know more than my parents, who love me and want to keep me safe and see me grow into a strong, smart, well rounded adult.  Should I defy them, go behind their backs, lie and steal the GAME that I want, just because I want to?

When you&#039;re on your own, making your own money, paying your own rent, food bill, electricity, car payment, insurance, education, then go buy whatever you want.

Until then, allow for the chance that maybe, somehow, perhaps these people who are doing all of the above for you, because they love you and want only the best for you, might know something about GTA, and a few other things, that you don&#039;t know.

Man i dont know. My parents dont want me to get either, but i have never really wanted it. I mean shooting cops and all. I dont really believe that it influences crime but it makes it look like the cops are bad and the criminals are good. I definately would not go behind your parents backs, but i just dont know. I also think that it is kind of nerdy. i mean video game s*x and strippers. nude cartoons. if you want p**n it is on the internet. which you should not do either. i am 15 it is not really something i want. i am not going to buy it. that is really all i want to say.
