how do i become flexible when i srtetch it kinda hurts me

  5. this is wat i had to do 4 dance u plan a lil stretch rutine every night be4 u go to bed and just do it everyday and u will b able to do the splits in no time but stretch wat needs stretched and try a little mor everyday
