okay. I have some sort of lying problem that started a few years ago, and I can't seem to STOP.Yesterday i tell myself I AM NOT GOING TO LYE TOMMOROW. And today I Keep on lying... What can I do to solve this???? SERIOUS ANSWERS PLZ. and i'm in middle school,

Have the lies gotten worse over time, or have they always been about that same sort of thing (and for that matter, how &quot;serious&quot; are they)? I mean, if it&#039;s little white lies about stupid things, you might want to see if you can break the habit with willpower... but if it&#039;s serious lies, or if you&#039;ve started lying about more serious things, you should consider talking to a counselor, because those ones will probably end up hurting you.
