ok well i used to do gymnastics but i sucked at beam and bars. I didn't really do vault. IM pretty good at floor. i almost had my backhandspring and can do front/back walkovers. anyways. i want to start gymnastics again. do you think i could do this and get god at bars and beam again? im 13 by the way.

also what are good strengthening excersises for gymnastics?

  1. Of course you can still be good. If you&#039;re worried, start back at a lower level and work your way up. If you still have trouble, ask for extra help or take a private class. It takes a lot of practice and dedication to get good so give it time for you to get back into it. As for strengthening execises, there are so many because you use every muscle in gymnastics. Arms, legs, and core I would say are the main muscles, but that pretty much covers them all. My advice is to build up your stamina though something like running.
