ok well i used to do gymnastics but i sucked at beam and bars. I didn't really do vault. IM pretty good at floor. i almost had my backhandspring and can do front/back walkovers. anyways. i want to start gymnastics again. do you think i could do this and get god at bars and beam again? im 13 by the way.also what are good strengthening excersises for gymnastics?thanks
