ok iv injuried my spine and im really bored.wat could i do but not something that involves walking..im at home just back 4rm hospital..im bored.what could i do

Whenever I am confined to bed, I m********e, sleep afterwards and m********e again when I wake, sleep some more and get up for a snack and a shower, then I m********e again, sleep and so on...

Takes hours off your day that way..

crosswords, favourite book, DVD, Wii game if you got a Wii console and any games that don&#039;t involve standing up, magazines, embroidery (I know it&#039;s not everyone&#039;s cup of tea but I always do a bit when I&#039;m ill and bored).

Write a journal of your everyday experiences. Write down goals (realistic) that you and your physical therapist and doctors want you to accomplish.  Write down your feelings--good or bad. Write about your caretakers--what you like and/or don&#039;t like about them.  When you look back on your journal in months to come you can see how much you have progressed.  Your journal may also help other patients with spine injuries and may also help caregives of people with your kind of injury.
