  1. what is an e-party

  2. For fabulous decorations, table decorations, party games, and cheap tableware... simply visit:

  3. e-party...not sure what that is, but okay. Do you mean you are feedings 130 people, or are you like meeting with people via webcam or something and only some will be at your house? I dont really get it.

For food, I would do chips and salsa - get a large thing of salsa and several bags of tortilla chips. I would also do vegetable and fruit platters.

Make several boxes of macaroni and cheese (with the powdered cheese) and add extra milk to it and then a few cups of shredded cheese stirred in, and some sprinkled on top and bake in the oven with bread crumbs sprinkled over the top layer of cheese for a quick and easy baked mac and cheese. Make sure to add enough milk so that it is pretty runny, though.

Do pinwheels. Get several tubes of refrigerated crescent roll dough. Lay the dough flat and smooth the indentations for the triangles out with your fingers. For pizza pinwheels, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the dough, top with cheese and pepperoni and roll into a log shape. Slice into pinwheels and arrange on a baking sheet and bake at 375 until crescent rolls are golden. For ham and cheese pinwheels, put down a layer of ham and then a layer of cheddar cheese, repeat the same rolling, slicing, and cooking step as above. For veggie pinwheels, thinly slice red peppers,  carrots, onions, and asparagus and arrange on the dough, repeat the same rolling, slicing, and cooking step as above.

Take a package of cream cheese (the kind that comes wrapped in tin foil, not the kind in the container) and put on a plate. Top with mango jam, raspberry jam, peach jam or any kind of jam really and serve with crackers.

  4. For the food, Publix has some very inexpensive catering, but the food is really good. Also, for entertainment, you can get room for a dance floor, and use your laptop and plug it into speakers to play your itunes or music. As far as table decorations go, you can go to Party City, because they have very inexpensive things. Plus, they have everything.

    Hope I helped

    P.S.

    Publix is also, www.publix.com

    party city is www.partycity.com

  5. table decorations - go simple but effective

    1) white table cloth or cheap white sheet.

    2) scatter cheap gold and colour little stars overit. very effective and very cheap/

3)games: ever seen elle degenerist marshmallow game - perfect

  6. Hope this helps. http://www.orientaltrading.com/ui/shared...

  7. find one of those buy in balk stores and cook the food yourself u can buy alot there and spend about half of what u would pay at your local store for games try  a game called korn hole is fun and yes its a real game nothing sexual about it

  8. I suggest that if you do not have budget, do have a standing party kind of thing.

Ask each guest to bring one type of food or drinks to the party and since you have saved up on the money for food, you can buy a door prize. For entertainment you can always have some background music, usually if you have so many people coming over, they will know how to entertain themselves. But you can always play musical chair, or invite to the front family member who have a good voice to sing, etc.

For table decorations, just make it as simple as impossible, some fresh flowers would be nice. Find tables that are presentable so that you wont have to prepare tablecloth and such....

    Good Luck!

  9. Dress the tables with crinkle paper and place a cheap plastic bowl in the middle of each table with water and a gold fish in it.

    (Gold fish are quite cheap.)

Spread some flower petals on the tables at random.

For food, make smart snacks with things like bread.

    Bread snacks:

Fingers of French Toast (bread dipped in egg and fried)

Melba Toast; Very Thin slices of toast roasted in the oven.

Toast triangles with fish spread on them.

    Toast triangles with Marmite.

Toast triangles with Avo on them.

    Make lots of things with fruit;

    Orange slices.

    Pineapple slices

    Dried apricots.

    Make some fritter type foods.

    Banana fritters

Carrot fritters dipped in Castor sugar

Pumpkin fritters dipped in icing sugar and cinnamon...

Put out some crumbed chicken wings.

These all can be served cold.

Have some fun doing it all...
