The url above relates to the FBIs 10 most wanted. The US Government has always stated Osama Bin laden was behind September 11th. So why does it not state the charge on the FBI's very own website?

They are not very bright (clever)when it comes to this sort of thing, that&#039;s why. It&#039;s there but you wouldn&#039;t know it was.

Because FBI did it themselves and since the US Government wanted to control the oil held by the muslims, they needed a reason to attack. Which they did by creating a scenario and by blaming the muslims for it. Bin Ladin anyhow, is a US tout and does their bidding, his actions have not benefitted the muslims but have only benefitted the US.
