Amazon like Ebay? Do you have to bid on Amazon like Ebay? What are the differences and similarities? Which one is safer? Thanks!

Amazon is like ebay in the way that they are both websites which people can sell things on.

But the main difference is that ebay is an auction website amazon is not an auction website.

People bid against each other on items on ebay.

People do not bid for items against each other on amazon, they just select to buy the item that they see at the price it is advertised at.

I dont know which one is safer as I only use ebay.

I have looked at items on amazon before but I have never purchased from that  site as I prefer ebay.

Also, I think most things on amazon can be brought for less on ebay.
