  1. I can help with the first question, but not the second, sorry.

    Macronutrients and where you can find each one:

    1.Carbohydrates- Fruit

    2. Lipids (Fats)- Nuts

    3. Proteins- Tofu

    4. Alcohol

    Micronutrients are required in very small amounts. It would be difficult to list them all. Here are a few Micronutrients and where we can find them:

    1. Iron- nuts &amp; seeds, beans

    2. Selenium- wholegrains

    3. Phosphorus- fruit

    4. Magnesium- Nuts are great for magnesium

    5. Vitamin E- Again, nuts are great for this vitamin

    And the list goes on.

    We need a combination of macro &amp; micro nutrients every day. We get them from a *varied* diet.
