1. I thought you had pretty many answers on your other question (I left a long one), but I guess you didn't get the answers you wanted.

On days you are doing sports, just wear mineral makeup (like Bare Minerals) or waterproof makeup.

You are really pretty, with naturally dark eyelashes, so you don't need a lot of makeup to look good.

  2. buy bareminerals. seriously. its amazing.

if thats too expensive, then i would go with maybelline/covergirl. they work pretty well. you have a lot of natural beauty so if i were you i would just do the subtle makeup.

    http://www.maybelline.com/Product/Lip/Li...

    get that in seductively nude

you can reapply the powder when your face gets sweaty, like after gym. http://www.drugstore.com/qxp68807_333181...

get those sheets if you get really sweaty, then reapply.

get that in one of the pinks.

like i said, you're a really pretty girl and i don't think you should overdo it with the makeup. eyeliner might look a bit harsh for everyday, but for when you're going out, get some from covergirl

hope i helped! if you have any more questions, feel free to email me at cathydeshullo@yahoo.com

  3. I would say that since your active in sports then makeup probably isnt for you. Buutt every girl likes to wear it so heres my suggestions...

Mascara - Avon wash of waterproof mascara. ((just be warned that waterproof mascara kinda makes your lashes clumpy and isnt good for your lashes, but it works))

Eyeliner - Covergirl stays on pretty well

Eyeshadow- Keep it natural, go for browns and tans

    Foundation- Covergirl again :3

Blush- Nah dont use it, you dont seem like you have enough experience applying makup and you may end up looking like a clown

All these you can buy at walmart so its really inexpensive.

    Good luck!

  4. K--I'm not going to tell you which brands to wear because that's a waste of my time and yours. My advice is on WHAT to wear and application, it's your decision which brands suit you best:

FND: As you have pretty clear/even skin, I would suggest a preferably matte [non shimmer] powder foundation, followed by a little translucent powder [both can be find at any make-up store or a supermarket like Wal Mart]. Though powder wears off, it doesn't smear and clog pores like liquid can, so it is preferable to liquid for sports players--though I would not suggest wearing any foundation when you are going to get sweaty.

Blush: None. You have a pink undertone [actually you look kinda sunburned in that pic, but w/e] and naturally rosy cheeks. Blush would be overkill. What you need is a peachy-tan bronzer to give definition to your face and a sunkissed look.

Eyeshadow: Matte [non shimmer] neutrals. Browns, golds, choral, beige. When neutral colors run/fade, they create less noticeable streaks than with darker colors. Matte colors also don't cause "shimmer" to appear under your eyes or down the sides of your nose.

Eyeliner: Dark brown, definitely no black when you are playing sports, as it is most noticeable when it runs, and would be too dramatic for your face unless properly applied.

Mascara: CLEAR mascara. You have very beautifully inset eyes that don't need to be masked behind 7 layers of black mascara. Also, coloured mascara flakes--flakes get in your eyes often at the WORST times. Clear mascara is the way to go.

    Lipgloss: Long wearing peach/coral colors

  5. Neutral colors...NYC is a good "starter" brand. Good quality, inexpensive. I don't really like blush... and if ur into sports ur cheeks will naturally get rosy so u don't want to look like a clown. Remember less is more!!!

  6. Aww, wow, your so pretty o:

Anyway, you don't need much make up, but here's my suggestions

When your a teenage girl, I'd say the most fun and 'exciting' bit of make up is eyeshadow. It's just so... wow

I've been wearing make up for years, and I still daydream about bright sparkly colours to put on my lids :D

So, get an eyeshadow palette or two. That way you can play around with a load of different colours, depending on your mood. I'd suggest the original Sleek palette. It's like £5 or something, and it's got 12 pretty shimmery colours, including a few very natural ones like pale golds and browns, but also interesting fun ones like purple and green. But also, it's nice to have a few favourite colours as individual eyeshadows, I'd suggest getting 3 or 4 seperate ones. I like Barry M dazzle dusts (£4.50 each), and for your skintone I'd suggest number 29, Yellow Gold.

Okay, eyeliner. Liquid liner is 10x better than pencil, so get used to it while your young. Get Collection 2000 black liquid eyeliner, it's good quality but cheap. Practise regularly, it can be difficult to get the hang of it. If you can't, just smear it messily under your lower lashes (DO NOT PUT IT ON YOUR WATERLINE!!! THIS WILL HURT! <3) then make it tidy with a damp q-tip

You don't want too much lipgloss, so just go for something clear with a little shimmer, or very light pink tinted

Your skin is so clear and fresh and young, so avoid foundation. Just get a cover up stick in case you ever have a zit, you can just dab it on there and it'll hide it

You said you do sports, so stay away from blush, as your cheeks will be rosy already and you'll look overdone

Your eyelashes already look nice and dark, so just use clear mascara. It'll lengthen and thicken them without making them all gunky and black, and no-one will notice if it smears or runs

That should just about do you! Good luck x

  7. play up your features abit.

whats "in" now, is dark eyes or dark lips. don't do both, coz you'll look like a drag queen, play it up a little. example:

dark eyes = light lips, nude lipgloss.. etc.

dark lips(bright pinks, reds etc) = light eyeshadow.

fresh face little mascara. and your ready to go babe!

i think go to the shops and ask the people in the department stores, ask for like a trial.

and tell them what your looking for.

they'll show you some looks and the good makeup brands to buy.

hope you find some good makeup love!

  8. For a foundation, dream matte mousse is easy to apply and you can put a little or a lot on, so either that or a mineral foundation.

If you are a beginner at putting on makeup, i would stay away from the blush and thick dark eyeliners.

So, maybe a little glitter at the corners of your eyelids, a little neutralish gold eyeshadow, or even some silver eyeliner, which really opens up your eyes.

Then, plain black mascara, only on the top lashes. If you want you can use the tip of the brush to emphasise the outer eyelashes- just make sure there are no clumps on the end of it.

Lastly, some neutral lipgloss, et voila!

you are quite pretty anyway, but good luck for your first day back!

  9. Hey hun,

i suggest you get the basic makeup kits first

mascara & eyeliner are musthaves i guess

if you're just started with makeups,

you can always go with cheap drugstore products like maybelline or covergirl..

they have pretty good eyeliner and mascara

for everyday wear, i don't really use eyeshadow...

but you could always try natural looking eyeshadow

brownish, taupe color, something like that

and for foundation, blush, bronzer, etc.

    i use everydayminerals!

    my fave makeup ever! :]

and i know you don't want some links

but i guess you could try looking up some makeup tutorials on youtube...

    my fav tutors are

    www.youtube.com/xteeener

    and

    www.youtube.com/pursebuzz

    they're the best!

and xteeener also has a video about basic make up kit & make up brush.

i found that very helpful so you might wanna try watching them :)
