they want me to cash money orders at my bank then sending them the money by western unionm less 10%for myself.. I am worried that this might be a scam

It is a very famous scam.  A search of YA will show you dozens of posts.  If you have been contacted by e-mail to do work for a textile company as a bookkeeper, agent, or anything else and you have not applied directly to that company for a job, it is a scam and you can loose thousands of dollars.
