Question

I have always wanted to be a model. Since i was little, i am tall and slim. But i need to know some things. Cause i am 16, do my parents manage my money, or do i get the money straight to me??

It depends entirely on where you live, there are different rules and regulations.

Over here in the UK you can get money to your own bank account (If you have one) or your parents can get it, there&#039;s some choice about who gets the money over here.

I&#039;m not too sure in America though.

If your in the UK, make sure you&#039;ve joined the Modelling equivelent of Equity (The Actors Union) this will make it far easier to get work and far easier to get payed the right amount of money. There are often youth versions of these unions to help and protect -18s

Also, just a general way of thinking.

I&#039;d be less concerned about who gets the money and be more concerned about getting the work first. The money issues won&#039;t even come into play unless you get yourself some proffesional modelling work.
