i haven't got my period yrt and i'm 12 but my friends got there's already and their younger than me.is that normal?????????

i am 40 years old having 3 kids ofently having irrugalarity in my periods, my last perid was on26 oct and i was expecting in nov, i got smaal spot around 10 days back and after that nothing,my husband work in other city so intercource happen only twice a week and we are using condum. i check my urine three times with strips but its show Negative, i went to doctar and tell her she advise me to take  (ciprosin 500mg, primolut nor 10mg) twice a day for five days. i finish alreday but still no periods, i am feeling little swelling on my body and my belly is going bigger and i am gaining weight as well, kindly advise me what should i do.
