Ok, well, last night my mom and I were making blueberry muffins and she yelled at me and said that I put too much flour in it, she then proceeded to stomp on m foot. Then with all of my might stoped on her foot. She immediatley screamed out in pain and it started to PUFF UP HUGE!!!!!! There is a humungus bruise on it and she started bawling. I appologized immediatley and I felt terrible about what did . Then I started to cry too. Now today she won't talk to me and it it still puffed up. We can't afford to go to the hospital and she limps. WHAT DO I DO NOW??????????

By the way I am 5'3 and 145 lbs if that makes a difference

  1. Was your mom kidding when she stomp on your foot or did you feel like you were defending your self. Wow You need to be careful if she was only kidding and you did that. You need to get to her and tell her how sorry sorry sorry you are and let her know you are serious and do not know your own strength and you will be more careful. I'm sure your mom loves and will come around soon.

  2. she is in pain obviously , try showing her that you didn't mean and that you care , now that she "limps" that means its time to show how sorry you are help her around let her rest as much as possible a person that isn't sorry wouldn't take of someone , but you must show her that you are and that it matters for her to admit that she forgive you . "Actions Speaks louder than words". also see if she need anything anything at all .. make her a meal .. make her feel she is been taking care of someone who cares to be forgiven and loved by their mother

its probebly broken, and it if she didn't get medical attention .. it my heal in a wrong way .

  3. She was wrong to yell at you. She was wrong to stomp on your foot, You were wrong to retaliate . Have her elevate her leg up to reduce the swelling. Maybe put ice on it if she wants to. The bruise will be gone in a week.

The thing is perhaps you have inherited her temper whether through a learned environmental experience or genetics. Work on practicing taking deep breaths, a time out, or else just leaving the room when someone does something like she did last night( yelling at you) Just apologize to her or write her a note saying you apologize( but if you do, be sure to write I am sorry that after YOU yelled at me and stomped on my foot.........so she gets it that she started it. After you do this apology, forget about it . She is behaving like a child by not talking to you

  4. There are free clinics... No matter how awful she treated you first, you should have never treated her back the same. 2 wrongs do not make a right! Tell her this & try to patch things up!

  5. I understand some parents frustrate the h**l out of us many many times!!! My mom just frustrated me during her last visit. BUT the truth is that children are NEVER to raise their hands to parents. Whether we belive tehre's a God or not, He is there and tells us that we are to obey parents for it is the right thig to do, it comes with benefits. Who doesn't want that? At the same time, parents are told not to provoke us, so they ahve a penalty to pay for doing so because that does make it hard to us to obey them, nontheless, never raise a hand or stomp a foot to them or on them. That's wrong. Want proof? Tell me you feel ok after that, there's absolutely no guilt or shameful feeling. Listen, walk a way if you need to, she'll later respect you for that. It waa HARD living with my mom, but I do have her respect now because she saw teh stand I tried to take as a teen. It's still hard because of her personality, but trust me, you won't regret this advice. :-)

  6. let her pout she shouldnt have done it in the first place

  7. It sounds like she is in pain and a doctor should be called in case something is serious. Give your mom a big hug and put her foot up on a pillow and call the emergency room and try to get her to go for stepping on it shouldn't caused it to swell, it could be the tissues bruised in having such to happen when you stepped on it. Pamper mommy and wait on her with a little note saying how much you love her and need her for she might have other feelings approaching that causes her to cry other then the pain. Give her space and she'll talk again to you, as a mother we all want to feel loved as our children does and feel needed. Her love will always be there for you and through yours she will heal also. Accidents happens. Make her some special muffins and something hot to drink. Be patient all will be o.k. God bless you both.

  8. Why do you keep asking this same question? You know it against YA rules to do that, don't you?

    Have a nice day!

  9. do u have insurance?? that will pay 4 it

  10. I hope your mom is okay. But give her time and she should come around after the pain and swelling. My mom did something similar and it took her awhile to come around. But remember she is upset now, but as time goes by she'll talk to you. Again just give her time.

  11. PLEASE dont get mad at me when i say this but I hope your mom is okay I think you should some type of anger managment

  12. sounds like you both need to chill out a bit.

  13. I guess you have put ice on it and all that.. anti-inflammatory cream would be good too. Tell her that it was unreasonable that she yelled at you and stamped on her foot and you sorry, you didn't mean to hurt her so bad. Wait it out the swelling should go down soon. The tension will probably only go away after you talk about it

  14. wtf?! does anyone else find this question weird at all?! why the **** would your own mother step on your foot?! is she like a drug addict or something?! is she schizophrenic or something?! is she 12 or something? was she just kidding when she stomped on your foot or was she serious? well... i dont know what to say... you and your mom have issues...
