...how to create a story that hasn't been done before?

Also, how do you stay motivated to create stories, when so many different types have already been done?

take one of your favorite themes and twist it around into something totally evil, like fantasy becomes horror or mystery becomes obvious.

There are NO stories that haven&#039;t been done in some way. You have to change up the characters,and add some new ideas to your story. Take a some ideas from your fav stories you have read, add them together and twist it, until it becomes different from the stories you took it from.
