  2. Go on the website for your state&#039;s department of education, and look up the grade level content expectations for first grade math.

  5. Adding with two digit numbers is important. Also subraction. It&#039;s also good to introduce word problems. (Two zebras were running one day and met three chickens. How many animals are there?) Hope this helps!
