i have volley ball tryouts today-tuesday

im already sore from today, and i didnt even stay the whole time.

and my couch was like NO WALKING

i dont know what to do about soreness. and running help

  1. i have played volleyball for three years.

    &amp; my coach in jr high &amp; varsity told us if ur sore after practice that means ur out of shape, u should always run to stay in shape for the next season..

    when ur running stay at a pace where u could carry on a conversation with someone, &amp; run with a partner it helps u push yourself if they get faster &amp; what not.

  2. you should just try taking a hot bath to soothe all your muscles. That should help. If it doesnt just try to relax the next couple of days( untill tuesday) and try not to walk to much.
