     MVP has recently got into very personal detail with Jeff Hardy saying what a reckless person he is. He has also intefered with some important matches leading to loss including Hardyz match against Edge at Saturday nights main event and his US title match with Shelton Benjamin last Friday on smackdown.

Mickie James &amp; Kofi Kingston vs Beth Pheonix and Santino Marella in an intergender tag team match for the intercontinental and womans championship.

      In recent weeks Kofi and Mickie have teamed up against the Burchills and prooved to be a great team. There has also been a relationship growing between the glamazon Beth Pheonix and Santino Marella so new raw manager Mike Adamle put them in this match with Kofis intercontinental and Mickies womans championship both on the line.

Mark Henry vs Matt Hardy (ecw championship)

    Matt Hardy won a fatal four way match on ecw against Miz,Morrison and Finlay to earn the numbers 1 contenders spot. The rivalry has been growing and Henry(accompanied by Tony Atlas(wwe hall of famer)) is odds on favourite but Matt Hardyz heart and soul is ready to cause an upset.

John Cena vs Batista

    This is one of the first matches Adamle made as gm and it could be one of the greatest encounters in history. Cena and Batista have become worse enemies in the past few weeks but have caused surprises too. On one addition of monday night raw they beat Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase for the world tag team championships. Unfortunately due to the lack of cooperation between the summerslam opponents the former champs recaptured their crown the next week. This match is set to be a classic.

The Great Khali vs Triple H for the wwe championship.

     Khali won a battle royal including himself,Jeff Hardy,MVP,Big Show,Mr Kennedy and Umaga to earn the spot. Great Khali on smackdown put the game out cold wioth the vice grip so does he have momentum going into summerslam.

CM Punk vs JBL for the world heavyweight championship.

     Their was much controversy as to who should earn the spot to face punk at summerslam. it came down to an &#039;adamle original&#039; to find the winner. it was a two on one handicap match. CM Punk vs JBL and Chris Jericho. If either man pinned punk he would be the contender for ss but if punk pinned any of them neither would. the match was timed and if neither man could pin punk and punk couldnt pin them in 10 minutes nobody would face punk. in the last 5 seconds punk was down and from the outside jericho smacked jbls(who was inside the ring) face on the rope who fell (fortunately)on punk to pin him with three seconds remaining.

Undertaker vs Edge h**l in a cell.

         After all the problems between edge and vickie guerrero, vickie reinstated the undertaker and scheduled a match for summerslam in h**l in a cell. After an episode of the cutting edge with mick foley, mick told edge to release the hardcore edge back. Edge from then on jumped off a ladder with a chair and put foley through a table. edge has gone wild and now has a good chance at summerslam.
