  2. Your keyboard (or at least the contacts for those buttons) is busted.  If it&#039;s still under warranty, take it back to the shop from which you bought it.

  3. Use On Screen Keyboard untill u get a new keyboard

    start - &gt; run - &gt; osk - &gt; enter on vista
