A torrent also refered to as BitTorrent or torrent

You can find .torrents on torrent sites such as miniova ect. You download a file called fileX.torrent then open it with a torrent downloader such as uTorrent and once downloading wait for it to finish then open the folder you set it to download to and bobs your uncel the files are there ;)

Then you go to a torrent search site to find the content you want.  This article discusses the most popular search sites and their features.  Between those sites, you will find everything available in bittorrent:

Once you find the content you want, you download a small file (the torrent) associated with the content.  When you open the torrent with your bittorrent client, the transfer of the content will start.

After that, a good torrent site is http://www.mininova.org

There, you search a torrent, and download it. When it asks you what to do with the download, click Open It. Then it&#039;ll automatically open up in utorrent.
