every time i get my period,it starts out darkish lightish brown and i dont get cramps so i dont know if its comeing!!!like,today i started it and i didnt feel cramps so i walked around with drying blood in my undies all day..HOW DO I TELL WHEN I GET IT?????

Keep a calendar of your menstrual cycle.  When it comes close to about 27 days or however long your cycle is, start wearing a panty liner until it starts.  Maybe try to get on a birth control, that way you know exactly when it will start and eventually, you may get shorter and lighter periods.

THE AVERAGE CYCLE IS 28 DAYS LONG.  COUNT FROM THE FIRST DAY YOU STARTED YOUR LAST PERIOD.  ON THE 29TH DAY, YOU SHOULD START AGAIN...GIVE OR TAKE.  WEAR A PANTY LINER AROUND THE TIME YOU THINK YOU MIGHT START.  THIS WILL SAVE YOUR PANTIES.

not much you can do, oral birth control pills can help regulate your period. Otherwise, just be on alert for that wet warm feeling that indicates you have your period.

i have the same problem! i don&#039;t get any signs whatsoever! and my period hasnt regulated yet so its always a surprise lol. but there isnt a way to know i suppose, anyway good luck x
