Question

I was wondering about Vitex. I have heard it mentioned and went out today and got a bottle of it. I have PCOS and have irregular periods. Infact as of today I have gone 93 days without my AF and no I am not pregnant. So what I was wondering is if I should start taking the Vitex tomorrow or do I wait until my AF comes? Serious answers only.

I took virtex &amp; it did nothing for me.

I also have very irregualr periods. And excersing &amp; losing a few pounds did the trick for me. I lost 30 pounds &amp; in June I found out that I was pregnant. We&#039;ve been trying 2 years &amp; once I lost that weight I got pregnant. I think even just excersing helps. Drink lots of water also. Its good for you anyway!
