1. when your tossing the ball to get ready to serve toss it a little in front of you to get your arm in the " power zone"

  2. hey brooke.

i am on the HS varsity and i had the same feeling.

    tips:

-STAY LOW STAY LOW STAY LOW.

because the spiker will spike DOWNNNNN.

    -stay on your toes....ALWAYS.

    -dont swing on a bump.

-take your 2 or 3 step approach.

-make sure your serves are open handed and there is a special way to practice for it.

(over hand serving exercise: throw the ball with your serving hand from behind the serving line. if u can make it over throwing then you can serve it. it worked for me.)

-do your best and stay alert.

i hope you make the team brooke :D

  3. do the best you can do and you will make the team

  4. i have tryouts tomorrow 2 wow weird well anyways you want hit the ball at the highest point so it will be high enough and hit with the lower part of your hand and when you hit remember to take a step forward for more power and just hit as hard as you can don't be nervous just play volleyball

    hope i helped

  5. and also stronger....because it makes it harder for the opposite team to get the ball. You just gotta be really strong and use techniques to succeed in volley ball.

    Hve fun!!!

  6. HIT IT HARD :]

and obviously the level you'll be playing at won't be anything toooo high at all. no need to be nervous
