i'm a 18 year old gir... my parents dont let me do anything and never let me travel to another country to see my cousins and my sister, never let me go out alone i go out maybe once a month i'm just sitting here alone up in my room all the weak... why r they doing that to me?? plz help me?? wat can i do???

They probably think, your 18 now so your going to want to leave the house and just trying to make you stay...but it sounds like there actually pushing you out.

You&#039;re an adult.  Have graduated high school?  Get a job and move out.  Then you won&#039;t have to answer to your parents anymore.

Life doesn&#039;t suddenly change dramatically when you turn 18, as a lot of teenagers have found out, when you still live at home.

who will pay for your trip? if you expect your parents to pay then fair enough. but if you pay for your trip (and also pay board  to your parents during the year) then you should be able to convince them to let you go

They Care about you but in a wrong way...

they should let you go out but may be they dont trus the world out there or may be they dont trust you...... sorry to say that but this is the possibility....

Try to win their trust and then hopefully they&#039;ll let you go out...

let them meet your good friends with good attitude. they may realize that your gethering is good and not bad. and then you ask your friends to ask your parents to take you out.

its easy saying just move out,

but its not as simple as that, everything costs so much

talk to your parents about how you feel

tell them you are feeling smothered

ask them if you can go out one night, make sure your back on time and be sensible,

earn there trust and they should give you more lee way.

if you are 18, you can do what you want. the thing is, if you do whatever you want, they may not give you as much or let you live there. is freedom or a place to live more important?
