First you need to have a area of soil where you can plant the seeds.  Scatter them over the soil and rake them in.  Assuming that it is a mixture of seeds, each will germinate at the appropriate time this fall (if it is a perennial) or next spring (if it is an annual).

It depends what wildflower you have but you should plant it in early spring a couple weeks before the last frost. Make sure you water and fertilize it every couple weeks. Also watch out for squirls. They will eat the seeds!
