such is an address of a travel agency in uk and my employer has asked to get work visa and air ticket on line through this agency to come to london. agency has asked to send money for the process.

No, you are being scammed, if you send any money you will never hear from them again, and you will not recieve any flight tickets or work visas.  Travel agents cannot organise work visas, they have to be granted by a government department.
