somehow my account got deleted by yahoo... apparently i was violating .. however i uploaded some pics in yahoo groups

and after my deletion the pics are still publical accessible

the group owner does not respond

and yahoo allways tells me i should contact the groupowner

is there any instance in yahoo that controls this kind of abuse from YAHOO

i'm quite desperate ... maybe a LAWSUIT is my only chance?

this would cost yahoo millions because they gurantee with 9.a) of TOS to remove the pictures when the account is removed.

d you have any of the ppl that were in that group if so ask them to fish around and see what they can find out for you..if you have trust

good luck with a law suit. everyone needs to consider what they contribute to groups, be it persoanl photo&#039;s or files, and be sure not to violate TOS- your only hope is the owner of that group- by the way, the photo section can not be made public, only members can view them.

sorry, not much you can do, and you&#039;re not the first to loose your account but group content still remains.
