@ starbucks, if i'm ordering a frap and i want it to be mixed more so there's no ice chunks what do u call it?

When I'm ordering a frappucino, I want it to be mixed more so that there's no ice chunks. Is there a specific way to say this or indicate that I want it this way?

My friend works at a starbucks and she says that there shouldn't be any ice chunks in your drink. If there are you can ask for them to make you a new one. Simply go up to the baristas and show them the ice chunks and they will remake it for you. Hope this helps.

Actually according to Starbuck's guidelines to their employees there are not supposed to be any ice chunks in the frappucinos. If you find ice chunks in your frappucino you can take it back to them and they are supposed to make you a new one. My husband used to work at Starbuck's and he was the one that told me that.
