there are much more things in the bush to eat than frogs but your typical bull frog and leopard frogs are edible typically the back legs.If you have access to frogs than it means your in a swampy area and the bulbs of cattails are edible,should be some balsam fir trees growing close cut the ends of newest growth for tea,spring dandelions should be abundant eat the leaves,look for tea berries,carry snare wire roll read up on how to snare rabbits and other small game

Very few are poisonous.

The 'edible' portion is the back legs on most frogs.

It would be easier to find pictures of the poisonous ones, and their locations, and so avoid those kinds.
