I usually weigh 123/124 pounds. Today I ate a lot but not bad stuff, just a lot of fruit, whole grains, and protein. I'm STUFFED. After dinner i decided to drink a big mug of peppermint tea to help with digestion. Then i went and weighed myself out of curiosity and i weigh 127! I know that you gain weight throughout the day but will i weigh this much tomorrow?

do you think it's also because i had a lottt of liquid in my system from the tea?

  1. Your weight fluctuates throughout the day.  If you wake up in the morning, you might be 122, and by the end of the day (after 3 meals), you might weight a bit more.  That doesn't mean that weight will be permanently with you though.  In your case, it's just the liquid and fruit which is making you weight more.

  2. no dont weigh urself in the morning.

    it makes u weigh less

  3. I've lost up to 7lbs over night (happened 2 nights ago)

    don't worry...crazy weight loss/gain is ok

and the few pounds you're talking about is nothing

  4. weigh yourself only once a week in the morning, before breakfast & after cleaning your bowels of course...

  5. Only weigh yourself in the morning.  That is your true bodyweight.  When you weigh yourself other times your weighting yourself with food and liquids in you.  Weight also fluctuated through the day, do not worry.

  6. Weigh yourself in the morning.

  7. For a couple days weigh yourself at different times of the day and see how your body processes the fluids you consume.  Most people will weigh less in the morning when they first get up and see a three or four pound difference later in the day.

  8. It was because you had food and liquid in your body. Let it get out and check then.

P.S. Happiness Is A Warm Gun is a good song. =]
