I usually weigh 123/124 pounds. Today I ate a lot but not bad stuff, just a lot of fruit, whole grains, and protein. I'm STUFFED. After dinner i decided to drink a big mug of peppermint tea to help with digestion. Then i went and weighed myself out of curiosity and i weigh 127! I know that you gain weight throughout the day but will i weigh this much tomorrow?do you think it's also because i had a lottt of liquid in my system from the tea?
