(to all doctors out there)wat should i do to help maximize my growth faster

im 4'8 im in the 6th grade my mom is 5'6 and my dad is 5'5 and a half

also when will i get my growth spurt and wat to eat regularly to get a growth spurt>>>sry for so many questions im just curious coz im the smalles in my class

im 12 and im like 5'3 and im in going into the eight grade and im the shortest, Just wait until u hit puberty and u will get taller

When your about 14 you will get a growth spurt, and more than likely you will be taller than your parents, eat sensibly, not alot of junk food.
