'unexpected error' on install. I am unable to install the software for the Lifechat on this

I am unable to install the software for the Lifechat on this computer. It has installed on my main desktop without issue. As soon as instalation begins I receive message that setup cannot continue because unexpected error has occured. I have also tried downloading setup from web incase CD had become damaged - same resultAny guesses?
