Have you thought of flying through another country instead of the US to get back to your country. It would be very very helpful if you could state your home country. There are many ways to get around the world. It might cost more but there are ways to avoid the US. The US is not a friendly country to fly through especially with your history. You could try to get a visa but I would look at backup plans to avoid the US altogether. Please tell me  and the users of this forum your home country so we can analyze possible alternative paths.
