  1. I'm a vegetarian and I eat different types of bread and cheese. also I eat salmon and other types of fish...cooked mushrooms, rice sweat potato, lots of vegetables cooked in different ways and egg plan. oh I sometimes eat eggs and i put different things in it!

    I cook almost the same as I would if I ate meat just pay a little extra more attention on making sure I get the balance i need.

    Subsitute meat for beans, lentils, vegetables and quorn/soya products.

    I love to tuck in to shepherds pie, roast dinners, pizzas, curries, all types of pasta, rice, noodle and couscous dishes (all veggie)

I eat fruit everyday.  Every morning I have a smoothie, it has some banana & berries in it.  I usually have an orange and some source of protein as a snack.  Then I'll have a tomato with my lunch and then an apple or some other fruit & protein as a mid-day snack & maybe some raisins before I go to the gym.

  6. Hi I am vipul , a veggie .

    In noon I used to take Chapati (Bread)  of wheat floor with salads, vegetables, souces, graham and than boiled rice.

    Mostly in the evening KHICHADI (A mixed food prepared with  Graham & Rice)

    In the evening some time the same like noon or than Veg chineese noodles, Manchurian or South Indian  Food Dosa , Idli , Vada  etc. Sometimes also North Indian Food like Pani puri , Chhat , Dahi Vada etc.

  7. It's important that you keep your diet different. Everyday I eat fruits, vegetables, rye bread, rice, beans, dairy products and water rich in minerals (~2300 mg/l).

    Don't stick to vegetables only, monotony is not healthy.

    -Whole grain cereal and soymilk

    -A piece of fruit

    -Tofurkey (A mock meat) and veggie cheese sandwitch on whole wheat bread

    -Chips/wheat thins/something to go with the sandwitch

    -Steamed veggies to go with the sandwitch

    -Vegetable/tomato soup

    -Whatever snack I want at night

  9. hey frd we eat vegetables cooked with spices with breads and fruits loads of dairy products.

    as in non-veg ppl have variety sop is the case with vegges we also have loads of variety in vegetables and their preparation

    Macaroni and Cheese, Seven Layer Burrito (Taco Bell), Fresh Salad, Any Veg's and Fruits,  Cheese or Veg. Pizzas, No-Meat Spaghetti,Garlic Bread, BBQ Potato Chips.
