I live in the cold state wisconsin! UUHHHHH! I see the news and all these other states are hot like 90s 80s! AND WE ARE IN THE STUIPD LOW 70S! I like to out side, go swiming, and a nice tan. BUT I CANT. with this weather! (WHAT EVER HAPPEN TO GLOBAL WARMING jk jk jk I dont want it to go that far.)

well my question is when will it get nice!

If by nice you mean when will it warm there, I see a rather short period of warming by late in the week, then a return to cooler weather by late in the weekend into next week.  There's a large cold upper low over the Hudson Bay area, and the CCW wind flow around it is what is bringing surges of cooler air from northern Canada into your area.
