  1. You didn't ask a question... Anyway, when welding "CHROMOLY" there is a preheat temp needed before welding. You will want to bring the area of tubing you are welding up to temp before starting to weld, the preheat temp will depend on the thickness of the material. You will want to use a E70S2 tig filler to weld the tubing. In this case do not use a matching filler metal. Use HF start, weld slower, back fill the puddle, and watch speed cooling the weld (i.e wind, etc...)
