wheezing tortoise ???

My leopard tortoise has been off his food and sleeping nearly contantly for a few days, I checked his eyes yesterday and they have discharge.  I took him out today to see if a bath with probiotics would help but I've noticed he was wheezing quite loudly so I have put him back to bed so not to stress him.  Please help.  He is 9-10 years old.
