    * Jogging- running at a steady pace; helps to burn calories and strengthen the bones and muscles


    * Swimming- a good aerobic exercise, helps the muscles to be flexible and enables stretching


    * Walking- helps to improve balance, lifts mood and blood circulation


    * Cardiovascular exercise- it involves the movement of all muscles that pumps your heart to supply oxygen to body parts.
