Those medical billings sites are very suspect...They want your money...They rarely ever want to make you money...The best way is to take some classes at your local community college in medical billing and coding...Most business offices have flexible schedules just like the hospital I work for...You may be able to find part-time evening and weekend medical and coding job oppotunities within hospitals..Also if you are really good at what you do, you can find a local doctor that will trust you to do his billing
